HOW IT WORKS
• A viewer types !draw in chat (or redeems a channel-point reward)
• A random Cyber Pets card flips onto your overlay with a Y2K holographic animation
• The card is saved to that viewer's collection — they type !cards to see their progress toward all 50

HONEST SETUP NOTE
The OBS build reads your Twitch chat only (the !draw and !cards commands) — this needs no login, works out of the box, and saves collections between streams. If you'd like pulls triggered by channel-point redemptions, subs, raids, or cheers, use the included StreamElements hook (a quick copy-paste). Full instructions are in the guide.
